Title says it all,

My Corsair H105 cpu radiator fans stop spinning and the computer freezes, and is like half on.

Happened once a day or two ago, then started happening last night, and now it happens just about 10-15 mins into the computer being on.

Don't know how to fix it, or if I have to replace the PSU/Mobo...
I'm definitely going to be replacing the mobo and upgrading to skylake in the very near future, just was avoiding having to do that sooner than later,
and was wondering if it's a PSU failure and if I'd have to buy a new one of those.

system specs are here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/k6FtD3

On my Asrock extreme 4 there is a CPU FAN 1 4-pin connector, and a CPU FAN 2 3-pin connector. I didn't see any 'AUX' connectors on my motherboard, but the Corsair H105 says I can use the 4-pin or the 3-pin, so I switched to the 3-pin and it seems to be working at the moment.
