[SOLVED] CPU for 775 socket that can handle gaming with graphics card added.

Hello ^_^ need a CPU 775 socket preferably the fastest one for gaming paired with a decent graphics card. My motherboard is a GIGABYTE Ga-945gzm s2 (rev 3.9) chipset is 945gz, 2gb ddr2 slots (I have 800mhxlz Corsair xms2 it posts runs but limits my ram to 667mhz even though it should be 533?) , fsb 1066 max with overclock and latest bios, and 3 pcie slots for a graphics card,450w psu. GIGABYTE says best CPU officially supported is X6800, anyone try with unofically supported ones looking for best possible CPU for this budget build ,,, tried with my modified Xeon x5450 black screen didn't post so maybe they don't work with this chipset.any suggestions yo?

That's a ¿2004?-2007 socket and a motherboard which only supports Pentiums and Core 2 Duo. In the best scenario I think the newer games it could run would be from the early 2010s and in poor conditions.

Any CPU from that era will be outperformed by the lowliest pentium, in real terms the difference between an X6800 and anything else that can fit in that socket will be on the order of 1-2%, so whatever works, works.
