CPU for converted mining rig

I have 3x R9 280x cards in a rig with a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 motherboard. I'd like to put an AMD FX-8350 4.0 GHz CPU with 2x 8 GB DDR3 1866 memory.

Will there be a performance bottlenext in the CPU or motherboard in this config?

no issues . it is almost same as i7 4770k . so no issues with that .

Will the CPU be able to drive the three cards and three separate monitors? Or will the CPU/MB only be good for SLI on one or two monitors?

it will be able to hang up with this GPU configuration . good after all . almost good for 4k . multi monitor setup as you want it to be . .
