CPU for RX 580 (Is my CPU causing a bottleneck?)

Hey, so I recently just upgraded from a GTX 750TI to an AMD RX 580, I currently use an i5-4460 and I feel like there might be a bottleneck? If so would a CPU such as a Ryzen 5 1600 be a good upgrade option? Would I have to change motherboard? Should I get a better i5 instead? (NOTE: As you probably can tell I'm not the best when it comes to computer hardware lol)
