I'm building a rig for day trading stocks, starting with two screens, possibly moving to four. What kind of horsepower do I need CPU, motherboard, RAM, and GPU-wise to make a machine that works well in that setup.

Not looking at a high budget, but definitely not bottom barrel components. I'm not sure if going micro-atx form factor will be good enough or I need to go with a standard sized board.

I haven't pieced together a system since 2002 or so.

you can do it with a ryzen cpu that has video chip on it or intel cpu G line or the i3 line. higher end cpu would be needed if your going to game on the pc. for two monitors most new mb have video ports that can run two monitors. depending on there size and refresh you may have to use digital hdmi or display port for higher end monitors. entry level gpu would be 1050. i would go with 16g of ram if your going to have a lot of windows open at any one time. use a 256g m2/mve boot drive and a standard hard drive for backup and older programs.
