Do lot of editing of video's, I just got the ASrock Z790 Steel Legend and 32 meg G Skill memory. The i9 13900k is 200.00 more then the i7 13700k, is it worth it?

It will ultimately depends on the video editing application.
Premiere Pro might not yield much difference between the two...just two to five percent faster
But if you are running a business, every second counts and time is money.
If video editing is a hobby, then I would go with the i7 13700k.

It depends on what your doing, but if your looking to speed up rendering times in something like Adobe Premier Pro then no. Adobe After Effects is also identical between the two. If you want the best you may want to consider the Ryzen 9 7950X instead. With that being said however, the extra E cores could be useful for multi-tasking, it really depends how price sensitive you are.
