My CPU was in the mailbox for about 6 hours in -40 degrees, yes thats negative 40 degrees

It didn't come in a very good package, i could see moisture inside on top of the actual processor, who knows what is inside the unit.

Do you think it will still work? How long should I let it dry before trying?

Spring time in Alaska already ? Just leave it open like that at room temperature until it worms up.

I'm in western Canada, but not so west, pretty darned cold right now lol.

Ok thanks guys for your help!

I guess I will give it a couple days to make sure any moisture inside the unit can dry out.

-40 is cold, like so cold your body freezes and dies within 2 minutes.

The outside had moisture, i wish i knew for sure if there was any possibility any could get inside the metal casing on the cpu plastic board, it is all closed up.
