Hello, today I've bought new CPU it's Ryzen 7 2700X and I am using the stock cooler from Ryzen, sadly when I am playing my CPU is getting hot, means it's around 60, but it may be once around 80 celcius, it doesn't stay at 80 all the time, it's just jump in and jump off, I can hear aswell that my fan is spinning faster at the time.

Is it okey? Or should I consider buying water cooling AIO?

If water cooling, which one?
I would love to see my CPU staying at 50-60 maximum.
The CPU temp in idle, like google chrome, game in lobby is not higher than 60, stays around 55

I am in range of 150 Euro. I want something that is cooling good, but it should be quiet aswell, because at the time I can't hear anything in my PC, so I did prefer to stay like that.

I am using Sharkoon TG5 ATX case.

There's no difference between air and liquid coolers in their respective ranges. Your everyday cheapo budget CM hyper212 is a 140w cpu cooler that gets almost exactly the same performance as a much more expensive 140w Corsair H60 AIO. The Noctua NH-D15S gets better performance under 250w than most liquid coolers.

There's nothing really special about liquid cooling other than in the biggest liquid coolers have greater wattage ability than any air cooler. Doesn't make them perform better, just that aircooling is only so large. There's a huge difference between capacity and efficiency. The Noctua NH-D15S has a 250w+ capacity. The nzxt Kraken X62 (280mm AIO) has a 350w+ capacity. The NH-D15S is more efficient than the x62 (under 250w) and gets better temps as a result but at over 250w you are past the Noctua limits.

Get a liquid cooler if that's what you want. Not because 'liquid coolers are better', they aren't except in extreme circumstances. Your cpu is under 250w, so go with either good air or liquid, your choice.

I like AIO's, that's a personal choice, I like the clean looks of the open mobo, not the giant brick of big air, but I own a Cryorig R1 Ultimate and it does almost exactly the same job as my old nzxt Kraken X61 did. I'm currently @ 200w on cpu.

The beQuiet 3 or 4 Pro series coolers are also excellent and cost less than a comparable AIO liquid cooler.

So as you said, Noctua NH-D15S for Air cooling would be enough to keep my CPU on low degrees and better than my stock cooler from 2700X?

The difference between Noctua NH-D15S and H115i is 30 Euro

I like the clear mobo aswell, that's why I would like to get AIO, but I need to be sure, that'll it'll cool enough for me
