CPU/GFX Bottleneck possibility etc question.

So, since 2011 I've had a Intel Pentium CPU G860@ 3.00GHz, I am thinking of upgrading to an i5 3570k or something better around 250-400 dollars, I have a GTX 750 TI for a graphics card. How much of a difference will this make? is it worth the upgrade? thanks.

Also, is my GTX 750 TI being bottle necked by current crappy dual core?

It will make a huge difference in multiplayer games. Not only that your minimum frame rate is going to go way up, now you just need to see what graphic settings the card can handle with your games. It really should be a night and day in most games.
