Cpu goes 100%

Hi i got ASUS X550CC Laptop (Intel Celeron cpu 1007U 1.50GHz)
I have this problem whit my laptop when i did got windows 7 ther wasnt no problam but now there is whit windows 8


So when i log in and go watch YouTub videos 1080p my cpu goes 100% and all LAGSSS CRAZY i cant play games when listen to YouTubs muisic...................

Can somone help me or maybe make video how to fix this ?????

Sounds like you've got a virus, I had a similar virus which forced my PC to mine for bitcoins for someone. Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free and run a full scan, and tell us the results.

as TwistedFury said, there maybe a virus, update the definitions in Windows Defender and scan your system

open the task manager and see what process is using high CPU load

My virus was actually programmed to hide once the task manager was opened, but not the resource manager, so he needs to do that instead.

No, because the virus shuts off for the entire time the task manager is open, that's what I got, it might not be what he got but it's very similar to mine.

Do these steps
open task manager
click the process tab
under it you will see image name username cpu ram etc so if the browser is using too much cpu then right click on the browser and select set affinity and limit the core speed to half. example if u have 4 cores then make it 2 and if u have 2 then make it 1.

Didnt help still Google Chrom 98% and youtub video stops some times

after all it's a celeron cpu and running chrome which is a resource hungry browser will use high loads which is very expected
maybe you have a chrome plugin installed that causes the high load, check the chrome plugins installed and remove what you don't use

try firefox or IE11 or any other browser and tell me how it performs

on Google Chrom i got AdBlock and AdBlock Plus
on firefox it is better 78% but firefox is lik lagy on google chom i can go any hompage nothings lags but only when i watching viedos on youtub

remove one of these plugins, I recommend you to keep adblock plus

how much ram installed on your laptop by the way?

-disable hardware acceleration from adobe flash player settings

-go to youtube settings and enable the HTML5 player or use this plugin to do that (Firefox)

🙁 nothing did work i did clean my pc whit AVG and Malwarebyts and still cpu goes 100% and lagg
