Cpu going from 30c to 68c when watching twitch.

I recently thought maybe the pump was not flowing on my corsair water cooler. But it seems when ever I open and watch a twitch live stream my cpu heat doubles which it never has before. Anyone know what could be causing this?

What are your system specs? It sounds to me like the browser is running the twitch player in software mode instead of hardware accelerated mode. This should be something automatic depending on your hardware, but also could mean that the GPU is not kicking in when being requested for video decoding. It's usually a matter of configuring the browser, but I'd need more info first.
