CPU got under clocked?

I recently got a new processor called the AMD FX 8350 and when i launched my PC it said that my PC underclocked my CPU for stability reasons and I think every componment I have is stable enough to run the processor fine... I have 600 watts of power etc.. Could the problem be my motherboard?

What motherboard do you have?

Also what is your gpu. It could be that you don't have a big enough power supply. Please list the parts in your system.
