Cpu/gpu minumim 50% usage

Hey when I'm on the home screen to Windows my task manager always has 50%+ usage without running many programs I was running steam discord twitch app task manager and snipping tool and it's 50% or like the picture below v can't even run chrome or Firefox without lagging hard and playing a game like minecraft with a i7 4790k and a gtx 1050 tI please help

Look deeper into your task manager. Select 'More Details' and then under the process tab click the top of the CPU column to sort by CPU usage you should be able to see what is using your processor to such a high degree.

I know i did that. Its my system thats boosting up when idle maybe twitch and discord open
with system interuppetions 3.5%
system 2.2%
desktop manager 2.3%. And its not apps i can close

Its NTOSKRL.EXE i can restart a few times and it goes away thanks guys!
