Cpu/Gpu/Motherboard Suggestion

After searching some info/prices where i live im thinking about this :

Motherboard: Gigabyte Ga-z77x-ud3h
CPU: Intel i5 3570k
Video Card: xFx Ati 7950

Any suggestions or advice about this build? (can change something).

The Build is mostly for gaming.

Looks good to me. Make sure to get a good quality PSU. Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic.
