zotac 960 4gb amp

Idle
cpu - 42 to 45C
gpu - 37 to 40C

Load
cpu - 62 to 65C
gpu - 78 to 80C (highest 81)

is this normal i am a bit worried

Those temperatures are probably fine considering your background temperature. However, may still be worth checking your components for dust and give them, your fans and any vents a good clean.

ok i understand that... but for how long i can continue gaming with these load temperatures

If my CPU was at that temperature when idle I would be concerned but it may be normal for you. Out of interest what country are you in and what is the background temperature in the room where your PC is?

the whole point of a load test is to push the hardware to a level unattainable by normal games and programs. this is to test the stability of the cpu and gpu even under the harshest of conditions.
simply put, in normal use, you will never experience such a load during gaming
also, there is this thing called thermal throttling, whereby once the components reach a certain temperature, they would lower their performance such as to not exceed that temperature since failing to do might result in permanent damage to the component.
so, even if for some reason you're going to put such a load on your cpu and gpu, don't worry

I am from India and the summer is really hot and humid with an outside temperature of 40C and room temperature around 36C
