[SOLVED] CPU GPU usage and bottleneck

Hey friends I have i5 9600k with RTX 2060 super. While gaming I get 99% GPU usage and about 65-75 CPU usage(in one core I had around 80-90 usage checking in msi afterburner) so the question is if this usages are good and not causing a bottlneck?
btw what usages mean that there is a bottleneck?

look fine.
bottleneck is when either the cpu or gpu go to low usage(like 0) when the other go high usage.
