[SOLVED] CPU & GPU Utilisation only at 50%?

Hello there!
As the title says, I am having this very strange issue with my computer set-up. When playing games, my system only seems to use half of its capabilities. I have seem benchmarks on YouTube with other people with the EXACT same computer specifications as me and get literally double the FPS. I do believe that my CPU is not bottlenecking my GPU, at least not by that much.

My Specs:
GPU : 1080 Ti
CPU : I7 6800K @4.2Ghz
RAM : 16Gb 2400Mhz

If anyone has a solution, I will be very thankful.

Try turning off vsync in nvidia control panel.
I7 6800k is more than enough for 1080 ti.
