Dude its fixed we just had to reinstall windows well this was funI don't think it's gonna hurt at this point.
FYI: what you were showing in task manager wasn't temperature, but CPU usage. Some how the 500gb SSD version of Windows is limiting the CPU.
What cooler do you have on the CPU? If its a large air cooler, you might have bumped it braking the thermal past bond, remove clean and reapply thermal paste. If its a AIO cooler check to see if the pump is still running.

its a Lenovo idea pad and the fan work fine/facepalm guess i should look to see what forum im in. What manufacture laptop do you have? Since you had to take the back case off i would take it off again and start the laptop and make sure the fan is spinning.

It's messed up pretty bad! You're throttling severely. I'd say you somehow moved the cooling assembly and broke the thermal paste bond.sorry again here is the results

You need to disassemble the laptop again. The cooling solution needs to be properly cleaned, re-pasted with thermal compound and correctly reinstalled.

A SSD will not throttle performance.okay ive done what u asked me to do but just one thing does it affect games if ur have a greater SSD storage
