CPU help please

Hi so I built my computer about 2 months ago it has a 1070 and a ryzen 5 1600. The mother board is a tomahawk and I have 1 ram stick of 8gb ddr4. The game I manly play is rust I noticed that I am getting on about 30 fps on low settings on a high pop server. I checked task manager and saw that my CPU utilization for rust was only 22-25%. Is it a ram thing or is my CPU broken.

You play on single channel that's (probably) why. Have a look at this:

See the difference? I suggest you buy one more of that stick (Take GTA5 as an example,because this applies to almost every open world game)

make sure the second stick is EXATCLY the same as the one you use now
