Cpu high usage

run /sfcscannow one more time, tell me if there any errors.
 


I take that back. I just scanned again and it found more problems. Literally every line in the CBS log says it failed to open something and again windows update agent is having problems.
 


Yeah its just telling me what I knew before. System intterupts is whats using all that cpu, I just cant figure out how to fix it. Ive tried everything Ive seen on these forums so far...

well, at this point google is our friend. i googled "system interrupts process high cpu" and found a lot of useful links you can try. also go to device manager. click on view -> show hidden devices and post a screenshot. we have to look at your drivers.

Cant get the command prompt commands to do anything. They wont even give me an error.

So since the last time I posted I changed the cpu and ram (borrowed from a friend) and am still having the same issues, so at least I know for sure that it is software related. Any more ideas?
