Question CPU hitting 100C But restart pc and it's back to normal?

Quick question, i just added a AIO cooler not long ago had no problems, Now when i first start my pc up in the morning my CPU will hit 100C in 5 mins and i will start to lag. I then restart my pc and my temps go back to normal at 30C and even while gaming. Any ideas on why?

Probably some problem with AIO pump.
Sounds like, it's starting properly only after a restart.

You may have made small errors in where things are connected and how the mobo headers are configured. Tell us the exact make and model of the AIO system, where you have plugged in the pump and rad fan cables, and what mobo - maker and model number - you have.
