CPU hitting 93 C on Cinebench

I'm using an OC i7 8700k to 5Ghz watercooled by the corsair H150i Pro. My idle temps range from 35-41 C and on Cinebench it stays at around 90C. Is there anything I can do to lower the temps cause lowering the OC to 4.9 makes no difference

I the CPU core Voltage override at 1.350V but the CPU Core/Cache Voltage says 1.360V

What is your pump RPM at?

The corsair iCue softwar says my pump is at 2100 RPM. But I noticed that 2 of the three fans are at 0 RPM. I can't tell if that's the problem, but if it is I don't know how to tunr them on. They are obviously connected since they are being read

UPDATE: I fixed the connections of the two fans and now all three work. After this I tested cinebench again and my temps were around the low 80s so much better
