Question cpu idle temps

hello i have i system
cpu : amd ryzen 5 3600
motherboard: asus rog strix b450-f gaming
ram: corsair 8gb 3000mhz x (2)
gpu : sapphire radeon rx 5500 xt pulse 8gb

My idle temps for my cpu is around 50 - 55 celcius and while gaming not over 70 celcius
i wonder me idle temps are high?? do i need to do something to drop it like more cpu fan rpm or it's ok like that?

What are you ambient room air temps? What games are you taxing the system with? Highest temps during gaming seems alright, better in fact but the idle temps seem weird. What version of BIOS are you on at the moment? Airflow and cooling in your system?

my room temps it's about 20c. Games like rdr2, mount & blade bannerlord , wasteland 3. I have a cpu aircooler raijintek leto pro rgb, and one fan on the case.
my bios ver. is american megatrends inc. 3103 , 17/06/20 SMBIOs 3.3 (i'm not sure if you asking for this )

Is this really idle temp or are you just seeing 1 second spikes up to 50-55C? What is the lowest temp you see at idle?
If you're just seeing 1 second spikes then that's normal.

the lowest is 28C when i open the pc but after some time is at 50-55C all the time

And one more weird thing i just discover when i open task manager temp is falling 33-35!!
why is that ??!!

Are you using the stock wraith cooler?

no i have another cooler for cpu( raijintek leto pro rgb )
and i can't understand the thing about the task manager...
