I bought a new laptop Dell G15
Specs:
GTX 1650
I510100H
8GB RAM
Rainbow Six Siege uses 100% for the entire time the game is running even on lowest settings and my temperatures reach 95 to 99 celsuis, when i alt tab and the game is running it returns to normal
Minecraft also uses 100% for some reason
CS:GO does not use 100%
Deciet uses 100%
UNO does not use 100% but it uses 100% GPU but i do not play much uno so this is not muchof a problem
I have updated all drivers from "Dell Update" app, I also tried to update every single driver manually from device manager
I changed nividia control pannel to high performance
GeForce experience app is also updated

I'm not aware of a 10100H... believe the 1650 G15's have a 10500H?

Nothing sounds unreasonable there though. Some games can utilize more CPU cores/threads and hit them harder than others. And as utilization increases, for longer, temps will rise. 95-99'C, while not ideal, is not too uncommon in laptops.

As you lower settings, you're actually putting more strain on the CPU

With Dell, I'd take a look and see what kind of bloat came with it and monitor if it's hitting the CPU of any note (both idle and while in use). Chances are there will some and, while it's not going to double your CPU horsepower or anything, nor will it change much in most of those games - but minimizing bloat at least gives you a fairly clean slate from...
Normal behaviour especially if you run lowest settings which gives maximum fps potential. Running higher settings might reduce the cpu load if you put enough load on the gpu so it’s the limiting factor and not the cpu and your fps is also reduced.

Is there actually a problem?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What OS are you working with? If Windows 10, what version(not edition) of the OS are you on? If you're on Microsoft's Windows OS environment, see what Task Manager's Resource monitor shows when you've just booted to the OS GUI and idling at the home screen, sans any other apps running. As for your laptop, if you're able to boot to the OS, use CPU-Z to see what your BIOS version is(mainboard's tab) at the time of writing.

Rainbox Six and Minecraft are more CPU-intensive than GPU, and fairly well optimized in terms of cores/threads.
CS:GO is an older title, and really only 'needs' 2-4 threads... and can only do so much with any more. I'm assuming your CPU utilization in CS:GO tops out <50%?

The only problem is that I was concerned that it will decrease the life time of the laptop at high temps which is 90-99 at 100% usage
I capped the FPS at 90 and increased graphic settings and CPU usage is now normal 40-70% and temperatures are 75-80 degrees celsius
Thank you guys
