Hi ya
I have a i7-4790k
Asustek maximus vii gene motherboard
Gtx 970
16gb of ram

Suddenly my cpu has gotten a lot of heat, but I have 3 fans, and it'd been fine before, I'll admit I have a bad case, but not 61 degrees bad, I've also had multiple windows non-correctable errors as well, so I was thinking its either the motherboard or cpu

Recently discovered that we put all the fans in blowing in, and not a single one blowing out, but still don't know if it will cause the cpu to go that high

Any help appreciated, thanks

I'm thinking the cooler isn't sitting quite right on the cpu. There's no reason it should be sitting at that high of a temp. Have you cleaned the CPU and cooler and reapplied thermal paste?
