Question CPU is capping at a clock lower than the base

So i recently tried to overclock my ryzen 5 2600x from 3.8Ghz to 4.0Ghz, after changing the core ratio (that is all i changed) it started idling around 3.6 and when running cinebench or games it wont go over 3.76ghz, It use to never even go under 3.8.

you probably need to raise the core voltage a bit to allow higher clocks and boost clock - otherwise the CPU will throttle since the algorithm is somewhat skewed by raising core clock.
