Question CPU Is holding me down

Hey guys, i need help. I want to play & stream Fortnite but my CPU is holding me down. Even when im not streaming my cpu is at 85-100% and my fps drops to 50 from 144 in ending zones. Can you tell me which CPU would be perfect for me?
MY SPECS:
playing at 144hz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: Intel Core i5-7400
16gb ram
motherboard: MSI B250M PRO-VD

Either 7700 or 7700k $320.98 / $344.61 US. Not much difference in price, id go 7700k for the higher base/boost frequency even though your motherboard can't overclock, the cpu's turbo will still operate.

For streaming out games, you are looking at a Ryzen 3600 or i7-8700 at a minimum for comfort. A quad-core i7 will be marginal at best, which means you are going to need a new motherboard too.

Nobody can make recommendations without a budget. On the AMD side, the Asus Prime X570-P has one of the most efficient VRMs in the business if you can spare ~$170 for a motherboard and would be my pick under $200.

i think ill be going for Intel Core i7-7700k, Yea budget for motherboard will be around 200 $
