I have cleaned the PC, because of dust and I have applied new thermal compound to the CPU. But now when I power on PC, siren sound will start (CPU overheating) and it will power off in 5 seconds.. What can I do ?
What HSF are you using? Intel's stock HSF if that's what you are using deforms over time and does not seem to ever work right again if you attempt to reuse it after breaking the vacuum bond of the original paste after a few years.
Make sure you have enough thermal compound applied, make sure the CPU cooler is mounted correctly, and make sure the fan for your CPU cooler is turning on when you start your pc.

It could be about the thermal compound, because I had a feeling when I was applying it, its little not enough, but I didnt care Fan is mounted right...

In that case, I'd recommend pulling the cooler, cleaning off the old thermal compound, then re-apply it. Here's and old post regarding how much you'll want to apply.
