Hello! I'm having issues with my CPU overheating. At idle the temps are fine, around 30 degrees Celsius

When it's under load is a different story it goes up too 100 degrees Celsius.

I've tried re applying the thermal paste. Adjusted voltage settings.
Adjusted fan speed

I can't figure out the issue.
My CPU is a i7 6700k
The aftermarket cooler is the hyper 212 Evo.

Can someone help me?

What is the voltage? It's probably one of the following issues from most likely to least likely: heatsink isn't installed tight enough, not enough thermal paste, fan isn't ramping up properly, voltage is still too high, TIM between CPU die and IHS is bad.

The voltage was at 1.33, it was all run automatically I never adjusted anything. Should it be lower or higher? I have took the heatsink off 3-4 times and reapplied the thermal paste, but no difference. i was told by someone else to manually put the voltage to 1.2 and set everything else to manual. But what would the other settings be? I have taken a picture of the voltages.

I haven't did any overclocking to the cpu at all, I just meant everything is set to run at auto as you see in the picture, I never manually adjusted anything

Did you think of cleaning the hyper 212 evo of dust? Dust might contribute to high heat but 100c is wayyyy too high. I suggest buying another cooler. I use the h50 quiet edition and It's great.
