I use an i3 4560 (haswel) @ 3.60Ghz and the stock intel cooler.. My cpu runs at about 100° C and throttle about 36-40%. So should I buy an aftermarket cooler like cooler master X dream p115 ??

Solution
If you have not overclocked then the stock cooler will work.

Check your case fans to make sure that you are getting good airflow.

Second buy some decent thermal paste.

Remove the cooler and clean both the CPU and cooler to remove all trace of old paste.
Then add just on drop to the centre of the CPU and replace the cooler.

More is not better.
Stock cooler is bad for intel but shouldnt be that hot, 80c load is normal.
Clean dust , reinstall with new paste or toothpaste will help.

That cooler is not going to help much , get at least 2 heatpipes, cm t2, etc

I don't know what other suggests about the Stock cooler but it never hurts to buy a good CPU cooler. Go for Cooler Master Hyper 212, reviewed by thousands and does the job of cooking when CPU is on 100% load.
You can also opt for TX3 EVO, cheaper alternative, but Hyper 212 is value for money...
Remember if your sole purpose is gaming never rely on stock coolers. Overheating reduces FPS and creates bottleneck & degrades CPU life.
