CPU is too hot

How do I cool my cpu? It gets 90 celcius. and using msi afterburning for my gpu what percentage fan should I put it too?my gpu gets under 60celcius and is that too hot

What cooler are you using and are you overclocking your cpu? It is being bottlenecked? What is your cpu and graphics card

post your specs and what program are you using to check temps?also are there any symptoms associated with this?

CPU is overclocked or not?
Graphics card?

I wouldn't necessarily mess with your graphics card fans though. They should ramp up as it gets hotter so what is your goal there?

The obvious CPU options are:
1) Don't overclock as high
2) Change (or fix if issues) the CPU cooler

Without knowing any specifics I usually recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO to those on a budget and the Noctua NH-U12s for others (and set a fan control setup using motherboard software).

Update:
60degC is fine for a GPU. Many are rated to close to 90degC.

check your cpu cooler to make sure it hasnt come loose.depending on how old your pc is it could be time to remove the cooler and replace the heatsink compound.what program are you using to monitor temps?
