CPU LED Flashes white, then turns off. Repeats about every 7 seconds

Title says it all. All fans are spinning, LEDs on the GPU are lit. My motherboard is a MSI Krait 3x and CPU is a i7-6700k. Ram is 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX. Whats wrong?CPU LED Flashes white, then turns off. Repeats about every 7 seconds

My power supply came with a 4+4 pin cable for the CPU

Yes I have. How do I know if they are plugged in all the way?

They are even and the clips come into place. Does the CPU fan spin when starting the board? If starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed, what LED stays on?

When I power the board, all fans spin. So would I just unplug everything to do the CPU and CPU fan?

Remove all RAMs, case fans, storage drives, graphics card and start the board.

Alright so the DRAM led is on. But the CPU LED now doesnt flash. What does that mean?

It's ok, Now insert single RAM module, monitor connected to the motherboard. Start the board and see if all LEDs go off and if signal on the monitor. Test each RAM slot.

Ok so I installed 1 ram module in DIMM1. DRAM light is on for the few seconds, then it shut off. Then the VGA led turns on then shuts off.

Yeah, its the same, but the LEDs react differently
