CPU LIQUID COOLER placement

Does it matter where i place my cpu liquid cooler? I have a couger mx330-g case, i Placed my masterlite 120 cpu liquid cooler in the bottom right corner of the case, so the tubes are coming out for below and onto the processor. Is this wrong or right? Also the fan is inside the case not on the outside.

As long as you exhaust from the case through the radiator all will be good

Not to much of a problem but I would have placed it at the rear of the case exhausting out of the back. so the back of the case near the CPU where the exhaust fan is and move that fan to the front as an intake. See pic below:

I have it like that but its in the bottom right corner but there are still tons of holes to let air through but thank you

But is it right that i have it like yours but it is at the bottom corner of my case? its exactly same like urs the fan placement but theres like 2 layers of holes behind it
