cpu makes rhythmic sounds while restarting

My cpu restarts automatically making some rhythmic sounds, this problem exsisted before also but it occured randomly and now its happening frequently. I'm able to do my work for about 4hours and when I switch on the cpu next time it restarts automatically. Finally its making this rhythmic sound without booting , pls help me by giving your suggestions and guidence.

Keep re-installing the Ram (Memory) until it boots and stops making this sound.
I suggest you to clean the Ram and the Ram slots.

I have never heard my CPU making any sound. You are most likely hearing the fan spin. May need to vacuum out the case.

Nah, in some countries like mine they call the whole PC/Case > CPU.
That's why he said ''switch on the cpu next time it restarts automatically''

Some old Motherboards like my old one make these sounds when you switch on the PC,
when you press on 3 buttons at the same time on your keyboard
and finally when the ram needs to be re-installed (the PC won't boot but will make this sound).
He has to keep re-installing the ram until the sound stops and the PC boots.
If it doesn't work then he has to clean the ram (i was using some kind spray that was made to clean electronic stuff).

The spray is just compressed air to blow the dust bunnies away.
