Hello,

Had to make profile just to ask folks here.

So I did buy new mobo, psu, rams, and cpu, gpu was same. The problem is, cpu (or not) is making ticking noise under load (cinebench). the noise frequency or loudness goes with the cpu load. The sound is instant, when cpu hits 100% sound is at it's worst. So no fan based. With Gpu stress test, there is not any sound??

Here is specs

mobo: b450 aorus pro wifi
Cpu: Ryzen 2600x
Rams: 16gb 3600

Gpu: Gtx980
psu: corsair 600w
ssd: kingston 400gb

Thanks to all for help!

What cooler are you using?
Almost certainly going to be the/a fan. CPU isn't capable of making a noise.
Check all the fans in the case to make sue they aren't hitting something or have a cable resting too close, etc.
HDD can make noise as well, but that wouldn't be related to CPU load so far as I am aware.

Okay, is there possibility to fix that sound? It doesnt bother much, so if it's nothing serious I don't do anything to it.

It sounds like "coil whine". It's harmless, if a bit annoying. You MIGHT be able to affect if your motherboard has VRM adjustments in BIOS...look for switching frequency and try changing that. Higher switching frequency makes the voltage a bit more stable for heavy overclocks, but also makes it less efficient so the VRM can get hot. Lower switching freq. makes for more efficient, and cooler running, VRM but at the cost of less stable voltage at limits.
