CPU & MOBO that can play league of legends under $100?

My cousin just came for a vacation for 3 months and I wanted to play league of legends with him. Is there any cpu & mobo combination under $100 that can play league of legends? The $100 budget is not for those two individually but as a whole (It's not $100 for cpu and $100 for mobo). I already have a case, psu, hdd and ram. It's okay if the graphics is not maxed out in league of legends.

Both Will Run the game in Near max settings with a semi decent GPU, the APU alone with no GPU will handle the game exceptionally well on its own.

The A6-6400K Pre Overclock 1080P Max Settings, Shadow off 30-60fps
A6-6400K Overclocked 1080P Max Settings, Shadow off 45-60fps

G3220 Without a GPU, 1080p, all high, shadows off 35-40 fps.

If your not planning on playing intense games and don't have a GPU them the APU is a great option. If you have a GPU and want a better upgrade path then the G3220 is the best option.
