CPU monitoring

I have a Celeron 400 & want to overclock it, but I want a utility that shows me the actual overclocked speed. What do you recommend?
I'm running the 400 on an Abit BH6 mobo, but even when I manually select the multiplier,etc & run a freeware utility called cpuspeed, there appears to be no change in the speed.
HELP!
