Hello guys! After 11 years of not upgrading my pc i finally have the money to do it! What should i buy?
My budget is 600$, computer use: gaming, adobe photoshop - illustrator, adobe movie maker, sketchup

I already have purchased a graphic card last year (geforce gtx 1060 3gb)

Can you give me some advice since you have more experience than me? Thank you!

Solution
Also threw in a new PSU, because dont try and use a 11 year old one. Theres also some room left if you want to go to 32GB of RAM instead of 16GB. Just be sure to buy it in a kit, (so two 16GB sticks) and get 3200mhz or greater, 3600mhz is optimal.

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Njkw7T

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor ($298.99 @ B&H)

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair RMx (2018) 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($89.99 @ Amazon)

Thank you very much for the quick response! My PSU is XILENCE 850W XQ SERIES PSU , do you think i need to buy a new one?

If i don't have to buy a new PSU or if the PSU is on a separate budget what you would change in this list?

Also, do i need to buy a CPU cooler?

No the 3700X comes with a pretty decent one that is more then enough for stock speeds. As far as your PSU, yes, that PSU is ancient and lacks a lot of modern features.

Stick with Tier A or better. You could get a A- or B+ PSU but the price difference is usually negligible so don't skimp for a few bucks. The one I linked in my build is an exccelnt PSU and at 89 is very well priced.

Okay! One last question! This message pops up "Some AMD B450 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Matisse CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions. "

I am scared to do a bios update (i haven't done this ever), is there an easier way to just buy the parts ready to use without any updates?

Ignore it. Pcpartspicker doesnt track BIOS veriosn, it will pop up for all B450 mobos. MSI uses the MAX name in the motherboards that have their BIOS already updated for the Ryzen 3000. It will work out of the box without an issue.

When i connect the CPU to the motherboard and the rest of the stuff and press the power button do i have to do anything to BIOS? Or the next step is install windows?

You should be good to go, you could go into the BIOS and see what version it is and update it if you want but it shouldn't be required. Just install Windows, download all the drivers (the motherboard ones can be found here) https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-TOMAHAWK-MAX and you will be up and running.
