Question CPU/MOTHERBOARD ISSUE HELP

Hi, so i ve just purchased an old motherborad GA-z68P-DS3 with a i5-3570k second hand but full working order The previous owner said he has used it, When i ve plugged it all in and ready to go the computer turns on for about 2-5 seconds and then turns off. the CPU fan starts spinning but no screen displaying, Video Included- Currently no ram inserted for testing reason but still same issue, Thermal paste has been tested, I have been told previously that the Z68 motherboards need a BIOS update to work, but the previous owner said it was in all working order, any line of help would be greatly appreciated https://vimeo.com/user113562882/review/410717921/5bf3178a3e

It sounds like a cpu problem did you put the cpu in carefully

yes the motherboard only has one option for inserting i made sure this is inserted carefully and correctly

Ye the motherboard was initially tested with ram
