CPU + Motherboard under 500$

Hello I am looking to upgrade my computer, currently have a sabertooth x58, and intel i7 950, 12 Gb ram, I am looking for a good upgrade for gaming purposes, will buy a graphics card later in 3 months. Currently I was looking at 4790k which was around 339, so a decent blue and black motherboard around 120$, will do good.
