[SOLVED] CPU Multiplier isnt running fully

I have an 8700k and I recently got it delidded. Temps are good and everything. I set the overclock to 5.0ghz at 1.3v and ran p95 for a while. The only thing that I see is that the ratio multiplier is running at 99.8 or something around there. I kept it default at 100 in the bios so why is it doing that? I changed my power plan to the performance preset. None of the cores failed when I ran p95. It just bugs me that my frequency is at 4996 mhz when I am shooting for 5ghz

Almost all motherboards do that, you set 100 BCLK in BIOS but in windows it is 99.9 or something like that.

Not sure why, but I wouldn't worry about it. 4mhz is literally nothing in terms of performance.

My 6700k shows 4.5ghz in bios and 4.48 in Windows. Totally normal
