Question CPU Not being cooled properly

Hi I was hoping I could get some input on why my CPU temps are in the high 70's sometimes low 80's when I play games, I have an I5 9600K with Noctua NH-LN9i. When the computer starts up the CPU temps would jump to the '50s the back to the 40's basically not staying stable. When bf1 starts up I get CPU temps of 65 - 70, I also notice all the fans are running full speed all the time even though i changed the setting on my motherboard to silent for all. I have an as rock z370 itx motherboard.

Those temps arent dangerous.
Does your case have proper airflow?
Make sure cooler has enough thermal compound and cooler is securely mounted.

Seems as though those are about the average results for that cooler from a little reading. Its a low profile cooler designed for tight spaces. The temps you're getting aren't bad at all, and unless you have room for a bigger cooler, there's probably not much you can do to improve them.
