I assembled my new PC. This is the first time I am building my PC. When I am powering it on I am not hearing any beep, however fans connected to motherboard are starting.
I am using Asus Z170 Sabertooth motherboard with Core i7 6700 processor. There are four lights on my Mobo and one states CPU, which is not powering on. Please check attached picture.

Here is the image of my motherboard https://imagebin.ca/v/2dy7QYjsN5Je
As you can see in the image that DRAM and PWR lights are glowing but CPU light is not. I tried disconnecting everything and just having CPU and RAM on mobo. Still no luck.

Any suggestions?

Do you mean only one RAM at a time and test each slot like that? I can surely try, does is going to make any difference?

Going to try now.

Yup it did. Wow... what happened here?

Here is picture of my RAM slots, https://imagebin.ca/v/2dyFfezt8o2T
I have four slots and 2 8GB RAMs. I removed one and moved other one to a different slot a time. Now when in third slot I can see CPU light is on, Boot light is on. Infact all lights on my Mobo are on. Can you please explain me, what happened and what is the problem?
Thanks.

I tried that too now, A1 B1 are also working fine. Seems like it all starting working on its own.
Don't know what happened.
