CPU oc on my new i7 4770k went bad

So today I got a new computer. I tried over clocking my i7 4770k with a software that I received with the mobo. BIG MISTAKE.

I raised very little on the core frequency. And when the computer comes to the windows logo the screen becomes black, thing is that the computer is running but not showing on the screen! Please help me, what options do I have?

You could try resetting the bios/uefi to the default if you can get into it?
