CPU only boots in BIOS then restart

My PC is really fine last night.

When I booted this morning, it now only boots BIOS then after that turn gray and restart after 2-3mins

It also doesn't boot my DVD Drive.

I reconnected all the parts of my CPU.

Still the same thing happens

Need your assistance.

this is one of the rare problems .... one of your PC parts has fault in it ... check if the PC parts are not damaged
also take a look at cpu temperature

but i seriously think one of your parts has fault in it

it can be the motherboard or the cpu or the cpu cooler

Very unlikely, seeing as how you took everything apart and re-assembled, but you may have a rouge screw trapped under your motherboard, causing it to short-circuit.

I doubt that i have a rouge screw because before I reassembled it, the problem already exist.

The reason I reassembled it is because of that problem.
