Cpu Or Gpu which is weaker to change

these are my hardware Intel(R) Pentium CPU G2020 2.90 GHz
8.00 GB RAM and Nvidia Geforce 210 (1024 up to 4095 total with share) and asus H61 mother board if I just want to have a better performeance like frame per second in a game like DOTA 2 which one have more impact to change? PLS help me out

Being how dates that is, the best thing you can probably do is put a 700 series Nvidia in place of the 210. It's probably cheaper for you that way too. It's a couple generations behind at this point, but it will run way better than what you have.
