Question CPU or GPU

I'm becoming aware recently that my system is starting to become a bit dated but still on the whole performs reasonably well, but naturally I'm considering what to do next with it.
Basically my problem boils down to the typical question of CPU/GPU, can I get by with a new GPU for a while longer or am I coming to the end of the road with my CPU.
Naturally I'm aware I'm kind of at the top end of my motherboard so I'm aware replacing that isn't going to be simply a case of that either. I'm not really sure what I want to do at the moment.
Mostly I go for longevity over sheer performance. Should I just stick with what I have? Any advice would be appreciated.

Specs:
CPU: Intel i7 3770K
Motherboard: Asus P8H64-MX R2.0 MiniATX
GPU: Asus Nvidia GTX 750 Ti
Memory: 16GB (2x 8GB DDR3)

Cheers

If it were a 4C4T CPU (3570) I'd definitely say CPU and GPU, but the 4C8T CPU's are lasting a little better, so it's GPU time. You'd be able to run anything up to a 1060 class GPU with only minor constraints from the CPU. It all comes down to budget and what resolution and frequency do you play at.
