Cpu or ram for rendering?

what is more important in rendering out videos? Ram or the Cpu.

I7-4770k has hyper threading and 32gigs of ram wound be good for rendering

Yea, it really depends on the CPU in question. An i3 with 32gb of ram most likely wouldn't beat an i7 with 8gb.
