CPU Over Heating, HELP!

So my radiator fan cables were bugging me because they were hiding the fans and making a annoying sound, so installed some old fans I had. But now my Cpu is over heating! The fans are running fine and every thing is plugged in, I don't know whats wrong. I have a Corsair H110 liquid cooler. This has happened to me before with the nzxt x61. I don't know if its the pump or what. I have a Asus X99-deluxe, 17-5930k. I built my computer in January, and i still kinda new to this. Help!

You replaced the rad fans with some old fans?

I had some nzxt fans on there and then i replaced them with some corsair ones.

Kinda dumb question, but are you sure they're facing the right way?

Well i give up, i think the pumps broken. This has happened to me 2 times now. Off to the store again....
