Cpu Overclocking can Improve my multitasking performance?

if my i7 6700k oc @4.6Ghz, My multitasking have increase performance?

example:
Multitasking open many Run multiple program like vmworkstation,Run games like BFhardline , GTA V./


my main concern if i OC my i7 6700k my multitasking improve or not?

i dont care about FPS
my main question is all about multitasking performance

You must manually set the priorities and limits of programs to have better multitasking,o/c alone will not change anything because each program will still use the same amount of CPU as before,it will just run a bit faster.
